Born to a royal family, a blood princess next in line for the Solar Throne, Mirana willingly surrendered any claim to mundane land or titles when she dedicated herself completely to the service of Selemene, Goddess of the Moon. Known ever since as Princess of the Moon, Mirana prowls the sacred Nightsilver Woods searching for any who would dare poach the sacred luminous lotus from the silvery pools of the Goddess's preserve. Riding on her enormous feline familiar, she is poised, proud and fearless, attuned to the phases of the moon and the wheeling of the greater constellations. Her bow, tipped with sharp shards of lunar ore, draws on the moon's power to charge its arrows of light.

Lunar energies make the Princess of the Moon's arrows more deadly than most.
Release an arrow in a straight line. The first target it hit will be stunned in a long duration, longer the arrow moves, the longer the stun are. A very nice skill to start a gank. You need to hide in the jungle before casting this, then, cast this and wait until your target is stunned, then if he is already stunned, jump and kill him.

Why take Leap for Level 1? This skill provide you with a defense mechanism if you are afraid of being ganked in level 1.
What if I want to get firstblood on level 1? Take Sacread Arrow and use it to stun your enemy, and kill them together with your friend.
Why maxed Starstorm first? This is your main nuke, you will need this for ganking, farming, and killing or early mid game.
Why not take Ultimate on level 6? In my opinion, Sacred Arrow is more useful, you need more damage from this arrow. But if your team decide to use your Ultimate when you are on level 6, take it on level 6.
Why maxed Sacred Arrow before Leap? The rule of DotA: Nukes for early game, physical damage for late game. Sacred Arrow is a nuke that will deal more damage on early-mid game. And Leap Level 1 is enough. Leap gives you attack speed and that is for physical attacks that will be the main source of damages for late game.

STRATEGY
Early Game
Mirana is proud of her early game harassing power. He can harass enemies easily using his arrows. Just attacks enemy once in a while and makes your enemy uncomfortable in the lane. And if you have a chance, use your Elune’s Arrow and stun your opponent for like 3 seconds. If you succeed, come to your opponent using jump if you already have it, and use Starfall and the right clicks.
Mid Game
On mid game, it’s the time to gank, you need to roaming around the map and find a target to kill. Hide in the fog of war and use Elune’s Arrow from there. Try to predict if enemy will move or not, and carefully release the arrow. If you succeded in stunning your target, he will be stunned for maximum 4 seconds, and that’s more than enough to kill one hero. Use jump after you successfully stun your target, and after that, use Starfall and the kill him with your right click. Usually, this method isn’t enough if you are alone, so friend is needed in this case. After the enemy is stunned for like 3-4 seconds, and you and your friend attacking together will guarantee a kill for your team.

Late Game
On late game, your part is to carry your team into victory. Although you are not the best carry, you have the potential to become a carry. You are agility hero that on late game, have the attack speed needed to become a good carry. Use your gold wisely and buy some powerful carry item for your team like Manta, Mkb, etc.
Your part is to cast Invisibility mode for allies before the teamfight starts. Then catch your enemy that isn't ready for tamfight. This way your team have a high chance to win the teamfight. The key for a carry is to focus on a single hero as your target, and if he is already dead, change to another target.
You can also use your arrow to initiate a teamfight. By stunning the enemy, your team will have the higher chance to win the teamfight.
